Please note that orders will only be dispatched after payment has cleared.
Delivery
Express delivery is free to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.
Orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day.
Most deliveries are made within 48 hours after dispatch. Some items are marked as 21 days please contact us with your requirements and we can provide a specific delivery date.
Delivery date will be confirm after order placement to make sure the time and date are convenient.
Deliveries available from Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm
Large orders may come palletised, some chairs and furniture are delivered flat pack and require construction.
In the unlikely event if an item arrives damaged please refuse delivery or sign as damaged, telephone country office furniture within 24 hours and we can arrange to have the item replaced.
Items dispatched then canceled threw change of mind or mistake will be charged a restock fee based on product and location.
If your not completely satisfied with any of your purchased items we will be happy to refund or exchange your product as long as they are returned in the original packaging and are in an unused condition within 14 days of purchase.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the goods are faulty or defective.
Made to order items cannot be returned after delivery.
Country Office Furniture take no responsibility for injury caused through putting flat pack furniture together or fixing units to walls.
The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
